FOUNDED BY BASTCATS · OPEN TO THE BREED COMMUNITY

A shared history,
one record at a time.

Egyptian Mau history lives in pedigrees, registration papers, breeders’ records, and the knowledge passed between people who love the breed. This archive brings those pieces together.

It grew from decades of collecting and freely sharing pedigree information—and the frustration of losing painstaking work to computer failures and changing software.

Help fill the gaps

Contributions from every cattery and generation are welcome. We preserve sources, identify uncertainty, and keep unknown ancestors unknown until evidence becomes available.

This is an independent research resource, founded by Bastcats. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by a cat registry.
